All-Appraisal-Service.Com f/k/a NationalPropertyService.Com has been in business since 1981. George Nervik, Chief Appraiser and Owner, has been appraising real estate since 1992. He is a State Certified Appraiser and is a forensic real estate appraiser performing litigation related appraisals. George Nervik was also a State Licensed Home Inspector (from 1981 - 2021 when he retired from home inspections). Mr. Nervik is also an FHA/HUD approved appraiser and is on the Qualified Appraiser Roster. Mr. Nervik is also an IRS Qualified Appraiser for Estate Appraisals.
